Tribal Haven: Frequently Asked Questions

Important: Please note that delivery date for orders placed between January 20 - February 5 will be 4-6 weeks due to high demand and production process.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

  • Where is My Receipt?

Your Tribal Haven invoice sent to you via email will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal transaction history
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history

Shipping, Delivery, and Return 

  • Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! once you spend $75 or more at our store, you qualify for Free Shipping.

  • What are My Delivery Options?

            North America:        We offer USPS Standard Delivery. This is shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Price may vary for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. 

  • How Do I Track My Order?

For orders within North America, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number. 

HOW DOES TRIBAL HAVEN OPERATE?

Tribal Haven is an online retailer of custom designed crowd-sourced apparel. All merchandise is custom printed and shipped directly to you once the campaign has ended. If you are a designer, you can sell your own creative designs and take orders from supporters with no upfront costs and let Tribal Haven handle your fulfillment and shipping to your customers.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The Tee Shop adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

DOES TRIBAL HAVEN OFFER A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS?

If you don’t love your print, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge.

WHICH CLOTHING BRANDS DOES TRIBAL HAVEN USE?

We use trusted brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include Gildan, Hanes, Bella, and Port & Company.

RETURN POLICY

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

Tribal Haven is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!

  • What is Your Return Policy?

            We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!

You may also ask for a Tribal Haven credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 

Our policy lasts 60 days from the moment you receive your product(s) for retail items. If 60 days have gone by since your product shipping & you receive, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note:  Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  If your item is damaged, please send us a photo of your order with your order ID to kim@tribalhaven.com and we will fix it :)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

III. Issues

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.

  • Damaged Item and Low-Quality Print

            Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use these

            information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders

            If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID

            and the tracking number to help us locate your item.

  • Double Billing

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.

  • Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kim@tribalhaven.com 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
